Delete your CraftPilot account
In the app (fastest)
- Open CraftPilot and tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top.
- Tap your email address (the account row).
- Tap Delete account and confirm. Email accounts confirm with their password, Google accounts by choosing the Google account again.
The account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Send an email from the address of your account to bytenest.apps@proton.me with the subject “Delete my CraftPilot account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, user ID and sign-in method.
- All work orders, photos and floor plans saved in your account, and your business profile, logo and favourite materials stored there.
- Team projects you shared (your team loses access), and your name in projects you joined.
- On request, also feedback messages you sent.
What is kept
- Records of purchases (Google Play, RevenueCat), as long as the law requires for accounting.
- Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked to your account.
Data on your phone
Copies on your phone, and work orders that were never saved to the account, stay on the phone. To remove them, delete them in the app or uninstall CraftPilot.
Subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
